In line with Consumer Protection regulations, we are unable to accept returns of personal-use products that may pose a risk of contamination. For this reason, we cannot process returns once a product has been opened or used.

However, if you receive an item that does not match your original order, you are entitled to request an exchange on the same day of receipt.

5. Restocking Fees

A 15% restocking fee applies to exchanged items.
