1. Shipping Process
Direct Shipping:
- All orders are dispatched through our reliable partner shipping companies.
- Customers are kindly requested not to open the package until payment is completed.
Delivery Timelines:
- For Cairo and Giza: Orders will be delivered within 72 business hours.
- For other governorates: Orders will be delivered within 96 business hours.
2. Responsibilities
Customer and Shipping Representative Interaction:
- We want your experience to be smooth. However, we can not be held responsible for any misconduct by the shipping representative or any disputes that may arise between the representative and the customer.
Non-Receipt of Shipment:
- In the event that a customer fails to receive their shipment:
- The customer must pay the shipping fee twice in the subsequent order.
- Payment options are limited to bank accounts or electronic wallets.
